S1-05

Dear S1-05

To be honest, I'm tired. I am really sick and tired of the attitude you are showing to each other and the teachers.

Today we tried to list out the golden rules for the class. You guys said:
-Respect
-Responsibility

Easier said than done. Respect. Is interrupting the teacher a form of respect? Is talking while
the teacher is explaining respect?

Responsibility. Almost all of you are given roles in the class as a sub-com but have you done it? Even if you did or did not, do you have the responsibility to pass up your school work on time?
If you don't even have the TWO BASIC traits, what gives you the right to be in SST in the first place?

To be honest, I am disappointed. Sometimes I wonder how some of you even get into this school.

So what if you are smart?

I don't care if you get 300 for your PSLE score.

I don't care if you are rich and your father is a billionaire.

If you don't even have the two basic traits, I really don't know what you can be.
So what if my primary school friends don't score as well as you? But at least they have their basic traits and they know that "There is a time and place for everything", and with that, they are leaders in their school.

I know. I know maybe most of you think I'm talking rubbish.
Just ask yourself. Who are you to be in this school. Do you really deserve to be respected by the teachers and friends?

Think about it.

  2. Erm, Eunice, I think I would like to advise you to lower the "tone" of your post. I don't think many people in class won't like it and honestly, I don't really like your post. Thank you.

  7. What you are saying is not rubbish. Neither is it a waste of time. But if I were to be frank, your post does derserve of flaming. If there were a "mark as offensive", I would have clicked it already. ==" It is that fully deserves flaming and something that, to a lower extend, possibly cyber- bullying.

  11. Yes i was also very infuriated with those remarks too. Frankly, it is true that some of us do not show respect and responsibility BUT it does not give you the right to say such comments. You should have consulted to a teacher like Mr. Hiap first before you made this decision. I know you had good intentions but the way you phrased it was a little inappropriate.

I am sorry too but it was a little offensive.

  13. Ya la ya la i agree i was harsh and i apologies for that. But you have to admit the fact that sometimes you don't respect the teacher and by doing so you affect the entire class. I just hope you guys understand that there is a time and place for everything.
